Who we are

Pip Temple is run by Anthony Caulfield, trading as Pip Temple ("we"). Contact: support@piptemple.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, plus the time you signed up and which version of the consent wording you agreed to. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why, and on what legal basis

To email you when the first season opens and, occasionally, about upcoming seasons. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the first season opens unless you create an account.

Who processes it for us

The site and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor under its data processing terms. The waitlist database is stored in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction. Cloudflare may still handle requests outside the European Economic Area when serving the page; where it does, it relies on the safeguards in its data processing terms. We don't sell or share your email with anyone else, including brokers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@piptemple.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice we'll update the version above. A full privacy notice covering accounts and trading data will be published before registration opens.
